I offer short term lets. You can stay as long as suits you :) you won’t be tied into a contract its month by month. 1 months notice is all that required to terminate.

Monday to Friday let is an option £700 pcm

we have a fun nickname for the house - “heart break high” 😉 If you are in transition, worry not, we are all in this together - this house is for females only.

We have one large room becoming available… we are looking for the right match for us so please don’t be offended if I don’t get back to you… I have that many messages it’s a case of seeing who would fit well so it’s remains a home.

We love animals and are open to a pet- If you bring a dog, it’s an extra £100 per month (we are dog lovers and have had dogs stay with us - our garden is secure).
There are currently two females living here (Chloe 21, Suzie 33). We will be 4 in total, sharing.

We really are looking for a like minded person to fit in. Someone considerate, easy going and peaceful, with a mature mindset, would fit in really well.

The house is in Monkspath, so it’s super safe, 5 mins in car to solihull centre and on a bus route (bus stop right outside). The Farm pub is over the road practically.

King bed with high quality Sanctuary mattress, ample storage etc. Will be freshly painted for you.

All bills included.

This would suit professionals who work full time or part time.


I’m renting the rooms out as with mortgage rates increase I can’t afford to keep it otherwise.
Looking for someone friendly, considerate, respectful , clean, tidy and happy to help with house hold chores like cleaning, taking the bins out, to keep the place a nice home, and not a random house share. It’s not a student house share, so we don’t leave piles of food plates in our bedrooms etc we all take pride in cleaning the house so we can all enjoy it.

If you think you’d fit into this type of this balanced house share, to have fun chats, the odd boozy night out, a mini adventure here and there, drop me a message. It goes without saying we are all adults, so we do respect each others privacy. We all enjoy alone quiet time too. So if you prefer to chill and keep yourself to yourself that’s fine of course.

Parking, all mod cons, bathroom, downstairs toilet, the usual inc dishwasher, washing machine etc We have two fridges, large freezer.
