Hi all

I offer short term lets. You can stay as long as suits you :) you won’t be tied into a contract its month by month. 1 months notice is all that required to terminate.

1 x Single Room Monday to Friday £550. or anytime £650
1 x double Monday to Friday £650 or Anytime £750

The whole house is currently being re painted and re carpeted, it's already in excellent condition.

we have a fun nickname for the house - “heart break high” 😉 If you are in transition, your job, relationship etc , worry not, we are all in this together - this house is for females preferably.

We love animals and are open to a pet- If you bring a dog, it’s an extra £100 per month (we are dog lovers and have had dogs stay with us - our garden is secure).

There are currently two females living here (Emily 28yrs) and myself.

The house is in Monkspath, so it’s super safe, 5 mins in car to solihull centre and on a bus route (bus stop right outside). The Farm pub is over the road practically.

All bills included.

This would suit professionals who work full time.

I’m renting the rooms out as with mortgage rates increase I can’t afford to keep it otherwise.

Looking for someone friendly, considerate, respectful , clean, & tidy, who is looking for a home from home rather than a random type house share.
