Large Double Room in New Build House

Hi. i have a spare king-size room in a lovely new build home in solihull and I’m looking for the right person to share it with. If you’re laid back, fun/interesting and considerate of others then you’ll probably be a good fit and I’d be comfortable negotiating a little bit on the monthly rent.

The room has two bedside cabinets and a double wardrobe with built-in draws. I can potentially get additional furniture if you need extra storage.

You’ll have exclusive use of the 2nd bathroom as i have en suite.

You’ll also have exclusive use of the home office as i’m old school and prefer to work in the office.

-big lounge with 65” oled tv, *amazing* high end Dolby atmos surround sound system. Honestly, it’s really incredible ;)
-TV subscription that gives unlimited access to literally every movie and tv show you can possibly think of.
-Kitchen with all mods cons (dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave etc)
-Off street parking on a quiet and safe private road with a view of the local park
-Super fast 500mb/s Internet included
-5mins drive from to Blythe Valley.
-5mins drive from M42
-10mins from Solihull town centre and less than 10mins from Dorridge and Knowledge.

I'm laid back and looking for someone similar. It would be nice to enjoy social activities together but I also respect other people's privacy.

My interests are gym, tennis cinema, football, walks, comedy, reading, music and fun/interesting conversation!

I do have a dog (Waffles) and a cat Milo so i realise that might not be for everyone. They’re both very gentle and absolutely love people so I’m hoping for an animal friendly flatmate who will be happy to return their affection.
