3-minute walk to Hall Green station (8-min train to Birmingham city centre). Very quiet cul-de-sac. 4-min walk to Tesco Express and multiple supermarkets within 4-8min drive. 12 min drive to the M42.

Semi-detached. 2-car driveway and plenty of on-street parking.

*THE BEDROOM*
Double bed with storage including under-bed drawers, chest of drawers and wardrobe/closet. The private bathroom (bath, shower, toilet, cabinet) is adjacent to the room.

Office room (communal use) with desk and sofa-bed should you have guests over. Living room has sofa and chair whilst kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine and extendable dining table which just about hosts 6! Modest garden. The bottom floor has a WC.
