The bungalow is situated in a quiet road, It’s ideal tranquility after a busy day. The House is brilliantly located for the NEC, HS2, Airport, Solihull Touchwood Centre and Birmingham City centre. It’s just 2mins walk to the Train Station in Marston Green and 3 mins on the train to Birmingham Airport, 3 mins to Resort world and 6mins on the train to Birmingham city centre. It’s near the local shops and restaurants. 5mins from Solihull Town centre, the Airport/NEC is about 5 mins drive and plenty other restaurants, cinema, genting arena and shops at Resorts World.

One large double room, shared kitchen with cooker, Air Fryer, microwave, washing machine etc and lounge/diner.. All the bills are included, there is Sky TV, Broadband and good connections. All the bills are included, it’s relaxed and friendly, with individual keys for the room and front door. Parking on the drive, i live at the property and it’s a mixed household.
