Two bedroom, two bathroom flat with generously sized bedrooms. Flat is part furnished. Bed and mattress come with with room as well as communal white goods, sofas and dining table and chairs. Other furnishings are already in communal area which can be shared. Property comes with one allocated parking space and plenty of visitors parking and on road parking. We have had no issues parking 2 cars here over last 18months. Apartment is top floor and situated down a quite cul-de-sac within walking distance of JLR, Solihull Town Centre, Solihull Train Station and Solihull hospital as well as fantastic transport links to Birmingham and beyond.
Room is available as flatmate needs to move out before end of tenancy which is currently October 1st. Any flatmate would need to pass references with our current letting agent but they have agreed they would are happy to swap names on the tenancy once a new flatmate is found. Deposit is £500 (£1000 in total for apartment). We would be 50% liable for both the rent and the the bills if they change however this has only changed by £15 over the last 18 months.
I work as a teacher locally and would be looking for a fellow professional to share the apartment with. We are not allowed pets or to smoke as guided by the overall tenancy contract.
Earliest move in date would be April 1st as this is the earliest my flatmate can move out. This would be subject to references. Rent would be payable ahead of move in date. We currently pay on 1st of month so if move in date is after 1st we would need to calculate rent and bills from move in date until end of month but can be flexible on this. Also for anybody who may be moving put for the first time or without many items I have plenty of plates, glasses, pans, cutlery etc. that you are more than welcome to share.
