Lovely master bedroom in quiet neighbourhood

We're 2 professionals living in a 4 bedroom detached house in Monkspath area looking for a third housemate. The room is a master bedroom with big built-in wardrobe on the garden side of the house.

The house has a shared living and dining room, as well as kitchen and laundry room. We also share a bathroom and toilet.

We're open to discuss further room requirements, such as furniture etc., at the moment it has a double bed, desk, a set of drawers, and a mirror.

All bills are included, we also cover all household supplies.
