Are you a sociable young professional, who is clean and tidy and is happy to connect with others you share with? If so maybe this house-share is for you. The house-mates are a very friendly group, so I am looking for another young professional looking for similar things to share this home with the others.
The available room is a double bedroom with en-suite. The bedroom is well furnished with a 4ft double bed, double wardrobe, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, and has a blackout blind.
The rest of the house is pretty large, so plenty of spaces for evenings in, working from home, watching TV, cooking meals, etc. There is a contemporary and very spacious kitchen, with all appliances. There is also a lovely large lounge diner with a 40 inch digital freeview TV, and not forgetting Virgin Business Broadband throughout. All the bedrooms have their own TV aerial socket.
The house-mates are clean and tidy and look after the place well, and we also supplement this with a cleaning team who clean all the communal / shared areas.
The house also has the latest integrated fire alarm system, and there are also fire doors on all of the doors for added safety. The house is in Council Tax band C.
This is a large extended home, with lots of parking for all six housemates, in a great B91 Solihull location very close to Lode Lane, which not only gives easy access for central Solihull, which is a quick commute, but also for Blythe Valley, Solihull Hospital, the NEC, and Birmingham Airport. And Birmingham City Centre is only 9 miles away too.
Solihull has great facilities for both shopping and socialising. The award winning Touchwood Shopping Centre (which is a 15-20 min walk away) being fantastic for both retail therapy, restaurants and bars, and the surrounding town having a great selection of nightlife and things to do. Not only that but Solihull has been awarded the best place to live in twice in recent years by the UK Quality of Life Index.
