Double en-suite bedroom in character annexe available in central Solihull (15 min walk to Touchwood / Widney Manor Station, bus stop 2 minutes walk), with parking and sole use of kitchenette (microwave combo oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster) and small private lounge sitting area, on Widney Manor Road. Would ideally suit professional or mature student who needs a base Mon-Fri only - at £150 per week, one non smoking occupant only. Note - one dog lives in the connected main house (but does not go into annexe), also the ensuite shower has restricted head height so may be better suited to a female lodger, and there is no washing machine in the annexe (can use the washer and dryer in the main house by arrangement).
