The kitchen and bathroom are shared, and the apartment is kept very clean, smoke-free, mould-free and bug-free. All bills are included, including high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, water, gas and electricity.
The apartment is in a safe, secure neighbourhood with CCTV/security and nearby parking. It's only a 5-minute walk to the main bus stop with regular buses to Birmingham City Centre and Solihull Town Centre. The nearest train station is just a 5-minute drive away.
I travel frequently for work, so you'll often have the apartment to yourself.
Rent:
Single person: £200 per week (long-term or short-term)I do prefer long term.
Couple: £300 per week (short-term only)
