The house also has the latest integrated fire alarm system, all the doors are fire doors for added safety.
We have a cleaner who visits regularly to clean communal areas and a gardener to cut lawns during the summer months. The following bills are included: Council Tax (band D) Water Rates, Gas, Electric, Virgin Media Wi-Fi, and TV licence.
The location gives easy access for central Solihull, which is a quick bus commute or less than a brisk 25-minute walk, but also is great for access to Solihull Hospital, The NEC, Birmingham Airport, and the Industry Park off the A45. Birmingham City Centre is only 9 miles away too.
