The house is in a very convenient Solihull location (off Lode Lane near JLR).

This is a beautiful large double upstairs room to the front of the property. There is also a good ratio of shower rooms, in this property one on the ground floor and another larger bath and shower room upstairs also an ensuite shower room.

The house has a nice atmosphere and is furnished with contemporary furniture throughout. In each of the bedrooms we have a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet and a chest of drawers and all the bedroom doors fire doors and are lockable.

The location gives easy access for central Solihull, which is a quick bus commute or a 25 minute walk, but also is great for access to Solihull Hospital The NEC, Birmingham Airport, and the Industry Park off the A45. Birmingham City Centre is only 9 miles away too.
Solihull has great facilities for both shopping and socialising. The award winning Touchwood Shopping Centre being fantastic for both retail therapy, restaurants and lively bars, and the surrounding town having a great selection of nightlife and things to do.

The Landlord and Property Manager are Accredited members of the Residential Landlords Association and work closely with the Authorities to ensure properties adhere to the highest standards of comfort, safety and security.
