We have a double room available in four bedroom/2 bathroom house in quiet cul de sac, 15mins walk into Solihull town centre.

Large kitchen, lounge/diner, utility area and conservatory on to garden. Driveway parking. Central Heating/ double glazing, TV & WIFI. Plenty of room for own space if you wish. Easy access to JLR, hospital, for public transport, the motorway and the airport.

Will only allow smoking in the garden. We are unable to accommodate anyone reliant on housing benefit, sorry. Room & Viewing available. Rerences required.

I'm your live in landlady!! I'm 28, an architectural assistant, back at home living the 9-5 life after a break travelling. I live here with my 24 yr old brother, laid back but also working. We are looking for someone ideally of similar age, but would also consider older people. We don't mind if you are looking for people to be sociable, nor if you want to shut yourself in your room its up to you, but no major party animals please😌.

Important Note: we live in our family home, and our parents also live here, though only for a few months throughout the year! They are very chilled so dont be put off by them ;) The parents also come with a dog, but he's very friendly wether you like him or not!
