On foot, the apartment is located only 4 minutes walk from Solihull Train station (regular fast trains to Birmingham-10 minutes to Moor Street/Snow Hill and only 1 hour 25 minutes from London Marylebone). It is also only 4 minutes walk from Solihull station Bus interchange with buses serving all important locations in the West Midlands. Additionally it is only 8 minutes walk from John Lewis/Waitrose/Touchwood shopping and entertainment centre (with bars, restaurants and multi-screen cinema complex) and 4 minutes walk to Tudor Grange leisure centre which has, amongst its facilities, an excellent newly re-fitted gym, indoor tennis courts, swimming pool and many varied exercise classes (mainly Les Mills type). There is also a pleasant nearby Tudor Grange park. By car, the M42 junctions 4 and 5 are both in easy reach within 8 minutes and the NEC/Birmingham International airport/Train station/Resorts World is only 15 minutes away too. Central Birmingham is only 7.5 miles away.
