The house-mates are clean and tidy and look after the place really well, and we supplement this with a cleaner for all communal areas, as well as a gardener. The house is in Council Tax band E.

The location of the house is great, on a modern build cul-de-sac with plenty of parking spaces, and not only gives easy access for central Solihull, which is a quick commute, but also for Blythe Valley, Solihull Hospital, the NEC, and Birmingham Airport. And Birmingham City Centre is only 9 miles away too.
Solihull has great facilities for both shopping and socialising. The award winning Touchwood Shopping Centre being fantastic for both retail therapy, restaurants and lively bars, and the surrounding town having a great selection of nightlife and things to do. Not only that but Solihull has in recent years been awarded the best place to live in the UK Quality of Life Index, and came second the following year!
