You are welcome to use the whole house as your home; kitchen, open plan lounge and dining room, bathroom, conservatory, garden and driveway parking. All amenities you need- speedy wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, bath, and shower.

The house is walking distance to Dorridge train station where you can get a direct train to Birmingham, Solihull, Warwick Parkway and London. It’s a short drive to Solihull city centre, Birmingham airport, NEC, Blythe Valley Business Park and Jaguar Land Rover. It’s close to the M42, which links to M40, M5, and M6.

Bentley Heath is close to Birmingham and Solihull and close to beautiful countryside. There are also local supermarkets and pubs nearby.
