There are 2 good pub/restaurants in Hillfield/Monkspath nearby and a handful of useful shops.
This property has all mod cons. There is a utility room containing a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The kitchen, lounge and dinning room are all open plan. The room upstairs might be misleading as it states in is en-suite because it has its own bathroom for sole use. (1m from door to door).
