A lovely double room has just become available in our professional house share which is located in Solihull Lodge, Shirley.

The house has fantastic public transport access to Shirley Town Centre, Solihull & also Birmingham City Centre. Shirley train station is less than a 5 minute drive away.

Rooms are fully furnished with a bed, bedside table, chest of drawers & a wardrobe. The house also has a main bathroom & also a downstairs WC & hand basin.

The kitchen area is spacious & has a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven/hob, dish washer & washing machine/dryer for housemates to use. There is also a comfy lounge with sofas, tv & a dining table with chairs for shared use.

All bills are included in the rent & WIFI is also included. The driveway is spacious, so there is ample parking space & there is a garage at the front of the property if needed to store a bicycle/scooter.

A deposit of 1 months rent will be required & will be secured in a deposit protection scheme. We will also request a basic credit check & work references for the benefit of both parties.
