I am a friendly person ideally looking for similar people to share my home with. I enjoy socializing and keep fit by playing football and running. I have one spacious furnished double bedroom to rent also has super fast 50mg broadband .The room is furnished with double bed, triple wardrobe drawers and a bookcase. There is a shared lounge, large kitchen and beautiful large garden with a patio and parking facilities. The room is available 1st November 2021. Ideally looking for someone longterm but will consider stays from one month.

Property is ideally located within 7 minute walk to bus routes 900, 957, 60, 58 and local shops. It is only a few miles from Birmingham Airporth, the NEC, International train station and provides easy access to the M42, M40, M6 and M5 motorway networks. It is also located close to Birmingham City Center, Land Rover, Solihull, and Coventry city.
