Double Room Stirchley close to station and Uni

Looking for a flatmate to share a house in Stirchley. Double bedroom, furnished with shared kitchen and bathroom and bills included. The house is just a stone's throw from the trendy cafes on Pershore Road and other independant shops such as Loaf bakery and Alicia's bakehouse. You can walk to Bournville Station in under 10 minutes and there are buses close by on the Pershore Road. The house would be very convenient for Birmingham University or the QE. or Cadburys. The train to New St takes about ten minutes so good for commuting into town.
The house is terraced and has contemporary decorations and furnishings. There is also a small garden and you would be able to park in the street. We have just bought a new fridge freezer and a washing machine. Our ideal flatmate is someone who is easy going fairly tidy and clean and not too noisy...........
