Lovely double room available in Stirchley

I’m looking to rent a lovely fully furnished double bedroom in my home in Stirchley.
The house has three bedrooms, a good sized bathroom, nicely furnished kitchen, lounge and dining area. You are welcome to use the whole house and enjoy it. I also have a garden with outside seating area. You can spend as much or as little time in the garden as you like.
I live at the house with my two small dogs - so please only get in touch with me if you like dogs. Having said that, we’re out for most of the working day and weekends. I’m looking to share my home with a professional who is easy going and friendly! I’m very much the same.

I would much prefer short term lets of 1 - 6 months but would consider up to one year. Equally happy for people to rent on a month by month basis if this is just a stop gap before moving elsewhere.
I would also do a reduced rate for anyone wanting only Monday - Friday.
All bills are included.

My current lodger is leaving mid July - so happy to consider anyone for end of July onwards.
