We are looking for a friendly, sociable twenty something female professional (or postgrad) to join three other in a great house in excellent location in Stirchley (stirchley/bournville )
The room is a light, bright double, room overlooking the garden. it is nicely presented and well furnished, with lots of storage and wardrobe space.
The house is in a nice residential area, ideally situated for working in the city, at Cadbury and for the University. With excellent transport links it is an easy commute into town or further afield. The house is just 3-4 minutes walk to Bournville train station and close to main bus routes and conveniently located for the hospitals and the University. There is a frequent/reliable service to the city center which is just 12 minutes away , . There is also convenient parking and secure cycle storage.
Stirchley is a great place to live with a good mix of people...young professionals...some students,, families and older people. it is nice and vibrant....with lots of new and interesting places ..,cafes, independent shops, micro breweries, bars and pubs....check out loaf for bread ...caneat for coffee ...Alicia’s for pizza and the new bars, pubs and tap-houses.
It is a great house, recently decorated and fully furnished to a good standard(with mainly IKEA furniture). There is a fully equipped kitchen and both a lounge and separate dinning room. It also has the benefit of both a shower room and an additional bathroom with bath and WC.
