We are looking for two friendly, sociable twenty something female professional (or postgrads) to join two other in a great house in excellent location in Stirchley (stirchley/bournville )

The first room is a light, bright double, room. it is nicely presented and well furnished, with lots of storage and wardrobe space.

The secomd room is a very large and spacious double room freshly decorated and furnished to an excellent standard, both rooms have lots of drawers units and are set up with worksoace and dressing table.

The house is in a nice residential area, ideally situated for working in the city, at Cadbury and for the University. With excellent transport links it is an easy commute into town or further afield. The house is just 3-4 minutes walk to Bournville train station and close to main bus routes and conveniently located for the hospitals and the University. There is a frequent/reliable service to the city center which is just 12 minutes away , . There is also convenient parking and secure cycle storage.

Stirchley is a great place to live with a good mix of people...young professionals...some students,, families and older people. it is nice and vibrant....with lots of new and interesting places ..,cafes, independent shops, micro breweries, bars and pubs....check out loaf the independent cafes and shops and the many new restaurants, bars, pubs and tap-rooms

It is a great house, recently decorated and fully furnished to a good standard(with mainly IKEA furniture). There is a fully equipped kitchen and both a lounge and separate dinning room. It also has the benefit of both a shower room and an additional bathroom with bath and WC.

But the best bit is the other housemates, who are looking forward to new housemate who want to live sociably in a friendly house thah is kept clean and tidy by the other housemates.

The rent includes gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV and broadband. With a newly fitted central heating boiler, double glazing and lots of insulation it is a warm a Cosey house.

There is also a pleasant and sunny rear garden and a cycle store.
