The house has a large open kitchen dining room and a cosy living room area with log burner. The shared bathroom has a separate shower and bath. Toilet upstairs and downstairs (outdoor).

Transport links: easy access to/from the city centre. The house is situated 10 mins walk away for Bournville and Kings Norton train station. Access to the canal 3mins walk
