Large double - Stirchley - Jan 25 to May 25

Spacious furnished double room with ample storage including built in cupboard and wardrobe. Living and dining rooms, kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom (off the kitchen), lean to with washer/dryer and garden with some outhouses. Rent includes all bills including broadband, fortnightly cleaner and some shared communal items. I have my 3 year old son stay a couple of nights a week but I am a clean and tidy freak and he's really cute and friendly. The available room is at the front of the first floor and we are in the two rooms at the back so we are tucked out of the way at night.

Looking for a relaxed, tidy and respectful person who is happy to have a mix of low key relaxing evenings as well as the odd bit of social time such as cooking together or the odd drink. We are definitely not a party house and getting a good night's sleep is a major priority.

I play sport a few nights a week and often away on occasional weekends too so you will have plenty of opportunity for some peaceful time to yourself in the house.

Located a 10 minute walk to either Kings Norton or Bournville Train Station for a short journey to
the University and Hospital, Five Ways and New Street stations. We are at the end of Stirchley high street with Aldi, Morrisons, breweries and eateries on our doorstep as well as being close to Bournville, Kings Heath, Kings Norton and Selly Oak. Parking is on street. Feel free to ask any questions.

Ideally short term. The room is available from January 24 to end of April 25 only. May consider couples for a higher rent.
