Housemate wanted in quiet Cul de Sac

Hey,

I'm a 29y/o professional living on the edge of Stirchley and Kings Heath with my cat, Valentine. I live in a quiet cul de sac close to bus and train routes. I'm looking for a housemate to move in soon or in a couple of months
I'm a clean, tidy and respectful person. I work between 35 and 40 hours a week and I regularly go to the gym. I'm looking for someone like minded, who enjoys some shared time, but also is happy doing their own thing.
I am a smoker however the house is strictly smoke free. I don't drink but I'm not opposed to others drinking.
The house is a 2.5 bedroom (the 3rd is a box room we can share for storage etc), 1 bathroom to share with a separate toilet, a large shared living room and kitchen. Garden, driveway and garage as well. Your room is a double bedroom, with a view on the garden and furnished also. Your bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a tower drawer. These can be removed if needed.
Rent will be £900p/m with all bills included, gas, electric, council tax, broadband & TV etc. Open to sensible offers!
