Furnished double bedroom

Hi there!

I'm looking for a professional lodger to join me. The house features:
* a comfortable, decent-sized living room
* a kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer and dining table
* three bedrooms - the double being advertised and you would also have access to the box room which is a study you will be able to use
* a modern bathroom
* a downstairs toilet
* a conservatory
* a driveway 
* a lovely south-west-facing garden with outdoor seating for those summer evenings!

The double room comes with wardrobe and two small bedside drawers. The bed is an ottoman and therefore has storage space in there too.

My work takes me around the country so you'll have the house to yourself a lot of the time. I'm looking for a lodger who would treat my home like their own - tidiness and cleanliness is key ;-)

All bills are included (council tax, electric, gas, water, Disney+, Netflix).

If you’re not looking for a full time lodging situation, I'm open to considering Monday-Friday lets at a discounted rate.
The house is a 10 minute walk from Highbury Park/Kings Heath High Street and 20 minutes from the ever changing Stirchley high street, with lots of breweries, bars and restaurants! 

The nearest railway station is Pineapple Road (8 min walk), Kings Heath (12 min walk) and then Bournville (20 min walk).
If you drive, it's approx a 15 minute journey into town, a 10 min drive to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, a 7 min drive to Edgbaston Stadium and a 15 min drive into town.
