Double Bedroom- Close to Bournville Station

I am looking for somebody to rent one of the rooms in my house in Stirchley. The house is a 4 bedroom Victorian semi-detached house close to Bournville train station and just off Stirchley high street. Its in a really good location for getting into the city.

The house is decorated to a high standard- with a lot of love!

The room available is a double and will come fully furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed (there is also room for whoever moves in's things too!). The rent price includes all bills and communal cleaning.

The house will be living with just me & my two house cats they literally sleep all day and are no trouble... but they are absolutely adorable. I am looking for a house mate who is easy going and respectful.

I am usually out of the house most days until around 8pm as I work full time and go to the gym in the evenings! I am very outgoing, friendly and love people, but I do enjoy my own time, so I am looking for a professional housemate who is also quite independent too.

There is a shared kitchen, bathroom and two reception rooms, so our paths will be crossed frequently :).

I am looking for females preferably.
