1 Bed 1 Bathroom in Central Stirchley

I'm a professional living in a 3 story townhouse right in the heart of Stirchley (minutes from high street, walking distance to Bournville station), who has had a split back in January and is now looking for a house mate while we look for a buyer. I guess this is the only catch as the moment we get a decent offer, we will move along with a sale which could be a 3 month or so process. Nothing yet though!

I have two indoor ragdoll cats who are super friendly/clean and have access to a cat proofed garden. Would love to have someone who loves cats as much as me!

I WFH 3 days a week and 2 days in office normally.

The room you would have comes with a bed and wardrobe. You will also have the main bathroom on the middle floor to yourself as I do not use that (I have one on the top floor). The room also has a giant cupboard which can be used for whatever!

I'm very chill and am not the "party" type. I do go out to see friends but rarely bring people over except my boyfriend. Very up for a house mate that is up for movie chill nights in and making mutual dinners every so often.

There is parking if you have a car and a large garden with a shed and side access. I also have a large laundry room/downstairs bathroom.

Bills will just be council tax, water, electric/gas (Octopus) and internet. I'd cover insurance etc as part of the rent.

It really is an amazing house which I love so much and am very sad to be selling as it's the best location too! But very onboard for a lovely remote to enjoy the last 6 or so months here with 🩷
