Double room in 2 bed house

I'm a female professional looking for a housemate in a 2 bed house just off Stirchley high street. (Bills included) I can be flexible on the move in date.

The area:
5 min walk to Morrrisons and Aldi, 10 min walk to Lidl
7 min walk to Bournville station
3 min walk to bus stop (45, 47, 55)

The house:
2 double bedrooms upstairs (1 available)
Shared ground floor:
2 living rooms - with one sofa bed
Kitchen
1 bathroom
Conservatory with washing machine (no tumble dryer)
Garden
Basement

I've got two little female guineapigs in a 2x5 C&C cage in the living room :) so you'd need to be okay with them.
Any pets welcome :) if you have a dog that's honestly a bonus for me!

About me:
I'm a clean and tidy housemate who enjoys my own space as well as being up for socialising, playing board games or video games. Wouldn't say no to a couple of pints at the pub 2 minutes walk away. I adore animals and am a member of 'borrow my doggy' - so you would need to be okay with having a dog in the house sometimes.
I like to keep active so I go to evening capoeira classes whenever I can, but I also work a lot. I'm a professional cellist, so my working hours vary depending on whether I have daytime rehearsals or evening concerts. Bonus to living here is free tickets to fever candlelight concerts 😁
