Stirchley is more vibrant....with lots of new and interesting places.. independent shops, Restaurants, micro breweries; Pubs, bars and cafes. Bournville is a little quieter/prettier with lots of parks and open spaces.
The house has excellent transport links. it is a 2 minute walk to Bournville train station, which has a frequent/quick/reliable service to the city center and beyond. it is just 12 minutes to Newstreet so ideal for working in the city center.. It is also close to main bus routes, just few minutes walk to the Pershore road. for a cyclist there is secure cycle storage (and access to some good cycle routes)
The house is ideally situated for working at Cadbury or working/studying at the university or the QE /woman’s hospitals
In addition to secure cycle storage there is a pleasant and well maintained back garden that points in the right direction to get sunshine.
The house is nicely presented, it is a pet free, no smoking house, that is kept clean and tidy by the housemates. The house has the benefit of a large and spacious lounge and separate Kitchen.
