Spacious, Prime Location in Stirchley!

Hi there! I have a double bedroom available in beautiful Stirchley. The room is the master bedroom, and there is another decent-sized room in the house you could also use as a home office/your own living room/home gym - whatever you like really!

One easy-going late 30s housemate, plus one even easier going cat... We like to keep our space reasonably clean and tidy (without being up tight), and value a living space that is comfortable and welcoming. Human housemate is a web developer who enjoys visiting local craft beer bars and restaurants, and feline housemate is well behaved (outside toilet trained) and enjoys fuss and chasing mice (but does not bring them home)!

We are looking for someone easy going, stress free and friendly - other than that we have no real conditions. Human housemate is vegetarian, but has no issue with meat eaters at all.
