Room for rent in Stirchley. Short term with option to take over whole house from June.

We are looking to rent one room in our much loved home in Stirchley, ideally to someone who genuinely wants to feel at home and be part of a great neighbourhood.

The house is right in the heart of Stirchley, with cafés, bakeries, breweries, the train station and the canal all a short walk away. Despite being so central, the house is quietly tucked away on a back row of houses, so it feels calm and private once you are home.

It is a beautiful early 1900s Victorian house with lots of character and many recent upgrades. The space is fully furnished and has been put together with care and intention. Outside, there is a small but fun front yard with a fire pit and BBQ area, perfect for summer evenings. There is also a secure shed with good bike storage and extra storage space in the attic.

You would be sharing with a friendly international couple who are often away, so the house is usually quiet and relaxed.

We are initially looking to rent the room until the end of May. From June onward, the plan is to rent out the entire house. Our ideal scenario would be a couple or individual happy to share the house with us for a few months at a discounted rate (£750 all in), and then take over the full rental from June. That said, we are open to discussing options and are willing to wait for the right fit.

We care about our neighbours and the Stirchley community and are looking for respectful, easygoing people who value the same. We want this to feel like a home, not just a place to stay.
