Hi! We're looking for a friendly young professional to join our house. Excellent location situated near Stirchley's various bars and restaurants and just a 10 minute walk to Bournville station. On street parking available, but none belonging to the house.

The room itself is large and fully furnished, with a sizeable desk and chair suitable for working from home. There are two bathrooms, both with showers, as well as a separate lounge and kitchen.

We also have a nice sized garden which is perfect for summer, fully equipped with a BBQ, umbrella, wooden table and gardening equipment.

All bills and broadband included.
