LARGE sunny room, with a comfy double bed, lots of storage, desk and sofa bed in calm, clean tidy house. The room is on the top floor and is very private. There will be another lodger on your floor too. (this room will be available shortly). Live in landlords on the floor below. There will be 4/5 people in total in the house.

The house is calm and clean. There is lots of space for house mates to socialise with each other or be on their own. There is a good size living room plus large kitchen with space to eat.

The house sits on the border between two areas. Bournville is a beautiful area with the famous Cadbury chocolate factory (you can sometimes smell it from the house) and Cadbury village. Stirchley is a an up and coming area with artisan breweries, a bakery, cafes and bars. There is a large Morrisons, Aldi and farmfoods 2 minutes away on foot & an iconic pub, the British Oak plus two local breweries. There are lots of curry houses, fish and chip shop, artisan bakery, local breweries, a library and community centre (with yoga, cinema screenings etc..) all a couple of minutes walk away

Never miss the train or bus to town as it is 5 minutes away.
