The house with garden is in a quiet road but close to all amenities: canal (short cycle ride to B'ham Uni), parks, restaurants, supermarkets, gym, etc; 2 mins from nos 11 (15 mins to Selly Oak), 45, 47 bus (to city centre) and 10 mins walk from Kings Norton and Bournville Stations (1 stop Selly Oak/2 stops University). Sharing lounge, kitchen (everything provided, incl. washing machine), bathroom. Wifi provided. Sharing with one long-term male professionals(late 40s); one long-term Mon-Fri male professional (mid 50s) and myself (resident owner) - female hypnotherapist (60s).
