Housemate Wanted to Join Friendly House-share

Double room available in a well balanced 5 bedroom house in the heart of Stirchley. We are conveniently located only 15 minutes away from the centre of Birmingham!

Rent includes all bills and a fortnightly cleaner. There is a large kitchen, a lounge and a utility area with a fridge, a freezer, a washer and a dryer. The house has a garden, on-street parking outside and is only a 2 minute walk to Morrison’s, Aldi and Lidl. Bournville Station is a 10 minute walk away.

The room includes a double bed, two large built in wardrobes, a small dresser, shelves and a desk.

Currently living in the house are 4 males and 1 female (all professionals) aged between 24 and 29. Interests include films, pub trips, coffee shops, jujitsu, football, cycling, gaming, running, and the outdoors.
