Hi I have 1 large double in a quiet cut-de-sac house available for rent. The rooms are fully furnished.

The room is available from 7th October 2018

Bus routes to city centre and Solihull within 5 min walk also bournville train station is 10-15 min walk.

University of Birmingham is 2 miles away

Must be animal lover as I have a cat who is very friendly.

I am a self employed sports therapist that enjoys being active, This year I started cycling! I Also enjoy walking and I trekked to Everest base camp last year which was incredible.

I would like my house mate to be fun to live with but also clean and tidy. Room is available to view.

For couples the rent would be adjusted to £500 per calendar month.
