Due to my Son having left to work abroad I am renting out his room.
I have a :
Large three bedroom house in Stivichall Coventry, room I am renting out is a double room, with a T. V use of all amenities bathroom/shower, downstairs toilet, kitchen/dining area, shared lounge and large front room. Happy for you to use the kitchen to prepare food and drinks.
Parking, with a bus stop nearby.
I am out of the house working during the day, the room is to rent on the basis of occupancy Monday to Friday.
My preference is to rent the room out to a female. non smoker.
