The minimum rental period is 12 months and the deposit amount is 1 months rent.

This is a private rent so there are no agency registration fees or contract fees to pay.

This property will be best suited for responsible and respectful individuals. PHD and MSc students are encouraged because of the peaceful location of the property and the peaceful and responsible manner of the existing student tenants.

Only clean responsible courteous students or professionals will be considered and strictly no crazy party animals. There is also a cleaning rota which all tenants agree to. It ensures a responsible, clean and tidy environment for all. There is a zero tolerance policy on leaving mess for others to clean up, so if you fit that description please don't apply.
