Super Large Double Room for a couple (Not Suitable for 2 friends, therefore we would not consider such enquiries) rent is £575pcm.

Room 2:
Spacious Double Room for Single Occupancy Rent £490pcm

Please note this is a fully licensed HMO, and it is not suitable for families with children.

All bills are included (energy bill is subject to fair usage allowance of £150 for the household)

Minimum tenancy is 6 months.
