Looking for a woman student!

We are looking for a young woman Student to join us - preferably undergrad but will consider postgrad and PhD too. We are three girls and would like someone who is study focussed to join us. We do enjoy socialising from time to time but are very focussed and maintain cleanliness and quietness in the house generally.
