Double Room, garden, central to bus and trains

I'm looking for a professional female to rent a room with access to garden via patio from their room.
I'm quite a sociable person who enjoys gigging, dancing and generally having a good time, once the days work has been done.
Would have to get used to my piano playing! But have the opportunity to have quiet times too!
Shared Bathroom and Kitchen. Looking for a professional person who likes a clean, tidy environment, but I'm not a slave to cleaning. I'd much prefer to be playing table-tennis or swimming!
