- Valid photo ID (either passport or UK driving license)
- Previous landlord reference details (If applicable)
- For Non-UK citizens, proof you are entitled to remain and to work in the UK
We require the following payments from you to secure a room:
- £500 deposit, This is fully refundable on leaving my property undamaged with the return of keys,
- £460 monthly rent in advance before move-in date.
- minimum one month notice period to end contract
