We have only 3 rooms left available out of 6 in spacious house split across 2 floors. Each room is furnished and has a sink.
Each floor has 3 rooms + shower room and kitchen. There for each kitchen and shower toilet & toilet shared between 3 occupants. There is communal washing machine and dryer available to use.

Located in the town centre so all local amenities are within an arms length.
All bills included except room electric. There is meter in the room that takes coins, usually around £1 every week or 2.

Fantastic area and truly great house to live on.

On Month 3 we will reimburse you cleaning fee up to £100 if you decided to call out a cleaning company to clean an sanitise your room when move in. There is a chance previous tennants may have not left it spotless. In these cases we are happy to reimburse any cost associated with rectifying it.
