We kindly request that interested individuals read the description of the type of lodger we are looking for. We are quiet people and we would like someone quiet to join us.

The house is a semi-detached, located just 7 minutes on foot from Stourbridge town centre, 7 minutes from Stourbridge Town train station and 2 minutes from the bus route into Birmingham. There is plenty of street parking available in front of the house and opposite. Neighbours are quiet and decent and it is a very low crime area.
The room is a South facing upstairs single bedroom at the front of the house and contains a single bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelves.
The bathroom has a bath with a shower, bidet, WC, wash basin and heated towel railings.
The kitchen contains a washing machine, gas cooker/grill, microwave and large fridge-freezer. Wi-Fi is fitted for your leisure and smoke alarms for your safety The house has central heating and has been EPC rated as Good.
If you are a professional person with a busy, responsible job, who is in full time, day-time, employment, outside of home, and you are a well mannered, clean living, considerate individual of a peaceful disposition, then please get in touch and come and take a look.
Rent includes all bills (except landline), council tax, TV licence, Wi-Fi, etc. Also included in the price, is a professional cleaner who comes in every week.
If you could please send a message, saying a little about yourself, what you do for a job, any specific requirements you may have and how long you intend to stay. Aged 35 and over, please, unless you are strictly religious.
A holding deposit of £100 will secure the room and once moved in, can be offset against the rent. Accidental damage deposit and first rent is payable on the first day.
