We are looking to rent out a room in our large and spacious home near Stourbridge. The room is fully furnished in a clean and tidy home.

The bedroom has a large double bed, large fitted wardrobes, TV, tea and coffee facilities, bedside drawers with lamps, bureau and chair and a two-seater sofa. En-suite has a shower, hand-basin and WC.

Other facilities includes fast broadband, shared kitchen but with own fridge and cupboard space, secure parking within grounds, garden and garage space for storage ( upon request)

The house is situated very near to the canal, perfect for walks and bike rides, five minutes from Merry Hill, 10 minutes from Russells Hall hospital, 5 minutes from the Corbett Hospital, with easy access to both the M5 and M42 motorways and on a main bus route into both Wolverhampton and Birmingham. Also close to Stourbridge junction railway station which has quick links into Birmingham city centre.

Local amenities within walking distance include Indian, Chinese and Fish and Chip takeaways, local village pubs, hairdressers, library, community centre and Tesco express. We are 5 minutes from a number of local gyms.

We are looking for a considerate and respectfultenant, who is in full time employment, trustworthy and responsible.
