The current housemates are really friendly and easy to get on with.
If you don't know the area particularly well, the house is 15 minutes from Junction 4 of the M5 giving easy access to the motorway network. It takes approximately 25-30 minutes to get to Birmingham city centre by car, and a similar time to Birmingham Moor street by train.
Other surrounding towns include Hagley, Bromsgrove, Kidderminster, Droitwich and Worcester. Countryside locations including Clent Hills, Kinver, and Enville are also just a very short drive away.
