Double room for rent!

Hi! My name is Emily and I'm a 26 year old teacher.
I have a double room to rent in a beautiful terraced house in Stourbridge.
The house has a lounge, another middle room which is a music room /study. The garden is a good size and South facing.

I have two cats, but they're very friendly and lovely.

I am friendly and easy to get on with. I play violin and piano, but don't practice much so I'm not a noisy person to live with!

I need someone who is tidy, laid back and considerate of others. My job requires me to work long hours and I need someone who will be conscientious of me being tired and needing decent amounts of sleep in the week!
