I am a young professional looking to short term let the spare room in the house. I am out of the house most days at work, but enjoy evenings and weekends playing sport or with friends. I am in the middle of completing redecoration of the house so there may be small disruptions at times for things like painting or putting things up on the walls - but would not be intruding on the spare room space.

Would be more than happy to accept someone with a dog or cat as long as all responsibility for taking care of the pet and keeping the house tidy of pet related mess is taken on by the owner. I would be happy to help out with walking a dog however, as I do love animals!

All agreements would be subject to meeting the prospective tenant and ensuring that the arrangement is a good fit for both of us.
