Our beautiful home is located within a quiet cul-de-sac in Boldmere with it’s popular restaurants, shops, Hairdressers and barbers. There is also a nearby Lidle, Aldi and Tesco.
The room is spacious and has a Kingsize bed with quilt, pillows and has mirror wardrobes, bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers, with a large ensuite and excellent power Shower, the room overlooks a well established garden with gazebo over the Patio. The House is situated within a short distance from Sutton Park for leisure and there are two local gyms.
Our home is very spacious with a gallery landing and large tiled hallway, a breakfast bar is in the kitchen and our home is gas centrally heated with a porcelaine tiled floor to a large hallway and a spacious gallery landing. There is a separate dining room and a ground floor WC off the hallway and a spacious lounge with real Wood floor and a traditional multi fuel fire. The stairs, bathrooms and bedrooms are carpeted.
There is Off road parking and reliable travel links by rail within walking distance for bus and train commuters into Sutton to Lichfield and into Birmingham city centre.
We have 2 Friendly small bichon frise mix dogs, they are extremely well behaved and go everywhere we go.
We are very sociable and friendly and have always had lodgers for over 11 years some long-term stay. Our past lodgers have been pleased living here.
There are two rooms available each with their own bathroom/ensuite.
Smokers are welcome to do so outside the house.
Would potentially suit HS2 workers or any professional employee.
