Minimum 6 months (but this can be extended as I will be here long-term). The landlord is excellent and has never increased the rent since I moved in. All references and deposit payments would be managed by the managing agents, details of which can be supplied upon request.
There is a beautiful maintained communal garden to the rear of the property which is great to relax with a book and chill in the summer.
I'm 30, laid back and sociable so I'm looking for someone between 22 and 40, gender does not matter but I am looking for someone who is responsible and likes to keep a clean apartment. I also have a very relaxed greyhound who loves fuss so you would need to be OK about living with a four legged friend.
